We have way too much fun coming up with flavors, so our menu is always changing! But one thing always remains the same: we only use real fruits, minimal, high-quality ingredients, and we never add colors, juices, preservatives, or stabilizers. We’re proud to say that many of our pops are only 3-4 ingredients. All our pops are hand made and packaged in Portland!

Rose City

In honor of the city we love, this creamy pop is made with rose water, cardamom, a touch of sharbat, and pistachios.

Mango Lassi

This mango and yogurt combo is our most popular flavor!

PDX Pista

Loads of pistachios, a touch of cardamom and saffron.

Chai Chai

We proudly use the same chai recipe we grew up on to make this kulfi. It’s full of spices, including assam black tea, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, star anise, and ginger – it doesn’t get more authentic than this!

Cookies and Cream

We combine our vanilla ice cream base with crushed oreos and add two oreos to each pop!

Marionberry Cheesecake (seasonal)

Ricotta ice cream base combined with marionberry jam made in house and topped with a graham cracker crust.

Side Yard Baklava

Raspberry Cheesecake

Ricotta ice cream base combined with marionberry jam made in house and topped with a graham cracker crust.

Roasted Strawberries & Cream

We roasted the strawberries to keep this pop as creamy as possible and the result was an instant hit!

Creamy Margarita

We wanted to create a flavor to celebrate our new partnership with Taco Pedaler and a margarita was the first thing to come to mind, so we came up with a simple margarita with a creamy twist.

Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake (seasonal)

This pop has a ricotta and pumpkin base that’s combined with fall spices and is topped off with a spiced graham cracker crust!

Side Yard Baklava

We teamed up with Stacey from Side Yard Farm to create this baklava pop. She made us her mom’s baklava and we chopped it up into our vanilla ice cream base.

Vegan Flavors:

Strawberry Mint Lemonade

Real strawberries, real mint, and real lemon juice create this refreshing pop without the artificial flavors!

Blueberry Basil Ginger Lemonade

Our Strawberry Mint Lemonade Pop was such a hit, we had to make another lemonade pop. This one comes with a bit of bite!

Rocket Pop

We couldn’t resist taking a stab at the classic rocket pop, but we also couldn’t stand the idea of juices and flavorings. We used strawberries, blueberries, and coconut milk to achieve a red, white, and blue pop with all the flavor and none of the bad stuff.

Spicy Watermelon

We created this flavor specifically to be combined with a cocktail for Cully Central, but it quickly became a fan favorite!

Vietnamese Iced Coffee

This pop is made with a 50/50 blend of Vietnamese Robusta and Arabica beans from Portland Caphe. We grind the beans just before brewing, brew it in small batches, and keep it vegan by using coconut condensed milk.

Jackfruit Coconut Lime

This one is light and creamy without any of the dairy!

Mango Thai Chili

A whole lotta mango and just the right amount of heat!

Lychee Rose

Someone asked us, “is this what heaven tastes like?” and we think it might be just that!

Blueberry Devil

We combined Kapto PDX’s Devil’s Jam (fermented blueberry and habanero) with real blueberries and lemon juice then topped it off with coconut milk infused with basil and ginger to cool it all down!

Pride Pop

We still haven’t decided if this flavor is genius or if we were just out of our minds because it’s a lot of work! Each layer is made of different fruits (and even vegetables!) like strawberries, pineapples, blueberries, spinach… just to name a few. Look for it in June!

Orange Pop

Fresh-squeezed orange juice is the main ingredient in this pop and we highly recommend combining these with champagne!

Apple Pop (seasonal)

This pop is super simple and super delicious! Made with local apples from Douglas Farm, we let the apples be the star of the show by adding only a touch of sugar and nothing else!
